Meet the Founder

The Ronaldo Damus Foundation is a mission born from my heart and roots. I founded the foundation in my hometown, Hinche, Haiti the place where I was born and raised, and where I witness the daily struggles of many children.

Growing up in Hinche, I saw many talented kids around me, kids who could have become great soccer players, doctors, engineers or teachers etc…but they did not have the help or support they needed. Some could not go to school, could not afford even one proper meal a day.

Creating this foundation is my way to give back to the community that raised me, and to create opportunities for the youth who deserve a chance.

Our Goals:

  • Create a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Provide housing

  • Create scholarship programs to promote higher education

  • Provide healthcare, psychological support and life coaching

  • Provide proper training gears, coaching and mentorship
